Social Membership is perfect for students who want to be part of the University of Kentucky Eventing community without competing in intercollegiate challenges. This option allows members to stay connected to the sport while enjoying the social and educational aspects of the team.
Social members have access to sponsor discounts and have opportunities to attend team events, clinics, and social gatherings while building friendships with fellow horse enthusiasts. Whether you ride recreationally, follow the sport, or simply want to be involved in the equestrian community at UK, this membership provides a way to stay engaged.
Dues: $70 per semester
Competitive Membership
Competitive Membership is designed for riders who want to represent the University of Kentucky in intercollegiate eventing competitions throughout the semester.
Competitive members typically have a horse in the area and are actively training and competing at the local, national, or international level.
Members in this category benefit from a supportive team environment while gaining access to team clinics, sponsor discounts, official team gear, and housing opportunities at select competitions. Competitive membership allows riders to compete alongside teammates while representing UK Eventing within the intercollegiate eventing community.
Dues: $120 per semester
joining UK Eventing is easy! Simply attend the first meeting of the semester, bring a positive attitude, and pay your semester dues. From there, you’ll officially be part of the team and welcomed into a supportive community that shares a love for the sport of eventing.
